Every homeopathic consultation (particularly for chronic ailments) is an invitation to walk me through your life. All of the details you share about your presenting complaint(s) and life story help me to begin to understand where your energy (vital force) might have become disturbed. I will then prescribe remedies to begin gently restoring its flow and vitality. In homeopathy, we look beyond a diagnosis and symptoms because they are just part of the story. You are at the heart of it. The one who may have adopted many coping mechanisms just to get by/survive.
Acute Homeopathic appointments cost €20 and can last up to 20 minutes. This will be for any acute condition ~ short-term, self-limiting health conditions or if you´d like homeoprophylaxis.
E.g. travel/motion sickness, surgery recovery, coughs, bumps and bruises, lacerations, teething, fevers, tummy bugs, cold & flus, seasonal organ cleansing, injuries, bites/stings, exam/performance anxiety, EMF protection, etc,.
My approach is collaborative, and individualized. My prescriptions may involve a more modern or practical way of prescribing. I may also recommend flower essences, herbs or supplements alongside remedies.

Homeopathy is considered the second largest system of medicine in use today, with an estimated 500 million people worldwide relying on it as their primary form of health care.
Homeopathic medicines carry information and vibrational frequencies that can tap into the body’s innate healing energy. In homeopathy, we call this the “Vital Force”.
The term “Vital Force” refers to the life energy that animates all living organisms, maintaining its health and harmony.
In homeopathy, we become sick when the Vital Force becomes "mistuned", blocked, or distorted due to all sorts of reasons.
What is the range of action of homeopathy?
The range of action is huge! We can use it for simple things like reducing swelling from a bruise or head injury, teething, colic, lacerated wounds or easing swelling/itchiness from bites and stings. We can use it to support the body during times of illness, recovery, or emotional upset. It can be used to release stuck emotions, or old patterns that no longer serve us. Homeopathy can also work on a wider, more expansive level including the inherited and spiritual aspects of our being. Isn´t that incredible!?
What can homeopathy help with?
People come to me with: IBS, generalized anxiety and mood disorders, CPTSD, grief (recent or past), addictions, diabetes, children's health, body odours, hay fever, injuries, hair loss, eczema, fibromyalgia, acne, hormone and menstrual symptoms, mens health, long-covid, post-viral problems, autoimmune conditions, chronic fatigue, fertility, digestive issues, autoimmune diseases, pregnancy/labour support, post-surgery and post-vaccination support, migraines, gout, blood pressure complaints, recurrent or undiagnosed symptoms... the list goes on.
Is homeopathy safe?
Absolutely! Homeopathy is non-toxic, and non-addictive. It can be used at any stage of life including newborns, during pregnancy, in older age, and in those with complex or sensitive health concerns. Beyond human care, it is used on animals as well as in farming. The aim is not to treat a disease label, but to support the person behind the health struggles.
Homeopathy does not suppress or mask symptoms. Symptoms are viewed as messages from the body. Our body is always communicating with us, offering insight into the broader picture of disharmony.
What can I expect after taking a prescribed remedy?
There are many things that one may experience after taking a remedy. A well indicated remedy (simillimum) will stimulate the immune system/vital force. Responses to homeopathic treatment vary from person to person. You will experience whatever your body decides necessary for recalibration and homeostasis.
As homeopaths, we often look for movement of some sort. When taking a remedy, some may experience a fever, sneezing, or even a temporary cold. One might notice changes in digestion or elimination, increased perspiration, or a brief return of an earlier symptom as the body begins to rebalance. Emotional releases can occur ~ through tears, surfacing anger, or long-suppressed feelings coming into awareness. One may notice changes such as improved sleep, increased energy, greater clarity, creativity, renewed motivation and so on. Sometimes meaningful dreams arise, new language or insights/realizations emerge when speaking, offering clues to deeper healing. In some cases, as harmony is restored, the memory around a health issue or illness may naturally fade away. According to Hering´s Law of Cure, neurological symptoms and suppressed emotions may subside before physical ones do. Healing is rarely linear. It unfolds in its own timing. Trusting the process and your body, staying present rather than fixating on outcomes, and maintaining open communication with your homeopathic practitioner are essential parts of homeopathic care.
How long will it take to notice changes?
As you may imagine, there is no set timeframe. For acute conditions, we can see changes and improvements rather quickly.
With chronic dis-ease, I usually encourage a minimum commitment of six months. Sometimes, it can take a year, two, or even longer.
We are multidimensional beings, with physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects that all influence our health and well-being. Energetic patterns and expressions of disease may also be acquired or carried through family lines and can affect the flow of vital energy.
For this reason, some individuals may have more layers to work through than others.
The body has an innate wisdom and will not bring forward anything that we are not ready to feel, process, transmute, and transcend.
What are homeopathic remedies?
They are natural medicines. They give information to the body of what it needs to do (kind of like putting fuel in a car). This is how homeopathy works for all maladies. Acute or chronic. Our body is a self healing mechanism and just like us - sometimes - we need gentle reminders or guiding hands to help us get back on track. Their function is to neutralize disorders and stimulate the innate intelligence within us. Homeopathic medicine can come in different forms: creams, liquid, and pills. The most common way to take homeopathic remedies are in pill or liquid form. Pillules dissolve under the tongue. Because we are taking an energy medicine in almost every case - rarely is there any physical matter in the medicines with some exceptions. For example, tissue salts. So whether we take 1 pill, 10 pills, or 100 pills at the same time - it still counts as just one dose of that energy imprint.
Remedies are safe even when taken alongside conventional medication, supplements or herbs ~ that’s the beauty of energy medicine!
